ALTSEO AI ("us", "we", or "our") operates the website https://imageseo.fr (the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

1. Access to the Service

• Access to ALTSEO AI's software is granted to the user upon a one-time payment, providing unlimited access to the product. The Standard plan includes basic image optimization features with limitations on image uploads and sizes, while the Premium plan offers advanced optimization features, AI-generated ALT tags, and more, with higher limits and additional support.

2. User Data

• ALTSEO AI collects user email and payment information solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

3. Non-personal Data

We may use web cookies to collect non-personal information about users' interactions with the Service.

4. Refund Policy

ALTSEO AI offers a 7-day refund policy for both Basic and Premium plans, subject to the following conditions:

• Basic Plan: Users are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase, no questions asked.
• Premium SEO Plan: Users are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided they have not used more than 10 credits out of the 200 credits offered in the plan. If more than 10 credits have been used, the right to a refund is forfeited.

This policy is in place to allow users to test our service while protecting ALTSEO AI from potential misuse. To request a refund, please contact our support team within the 7-day period.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of France and the European Union, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.

6. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding its existence, validity or termination, the parties shall first seek settlement of that dispute by mediation in accordance with the laws of France.

If the dispute is not settled by mediation within [30] days of the commencement of the mediation, or such further period as the parties shall agree in writing, the dispute shall be referred to and finally resolved by the courts of France.
